Cox's River Rest
Eco Lodge
Set into the side of the mountain, perched above the beautiful Cox’s River, this is the perfect weekend (or week) away! The lodge consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bunk room. A total of 7 guests can be accommodated. There are 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fabulous deck with gas BBQ.
Warialda
Warialda is a cozy adobe homestead set in a valley adjoining the Cox’s River with a beautiful rural views and is only 18km from Blackheath. It is a comfortable, peaceful retreat offering 3 bedrooms, open plan living area as well as a spacious loft area and is able to accommodate up to 7 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a gas BBQ on the deck.
Warialda is self sufficient in terms of resources – it is powered by an off the grid solar powered energy system and water from the large rainwater collection tanks. A cozy slow combustion wood heater warms the house in winter.
Alicedale
Alicedale is a family friendly, relaxed farmers cottage on the farm – perfect for two families to share. Feed the horses, meander down to the river for a picnic and paddle, and enjoy the views of the orchard and rolling hills while relaxing on the deck. There’s acres of play area for the ids, and dirt roads to walk or bike ride along. If in season – you can pick your own raspberries, peaches or cherries!
